A look at the lives of two exemplary Roman centurions, Cornelius and the centurion of Matthew 8. This message shows how their Roman background and culture helped prepare them for their extraordinary moments in history. Their character and dedication to principle created powerful lessons for end time Christian soldiers in God's legions, including the battle of the "independent spirit" and possibly the Laodicean attitude.

Bruce Anderson

Bruce Anderson was born and grew up in Litchfield, Minnesota. He received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Minnesota in 1968, and a Theology Degree from Ambassador College, Big Sandy in 1971. He worked in the ministry since Ambassador graduation, serving churches in Ohio, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Minnesota. He and his wife Phyllis lived in Litchfield, where he worked for his family business, Anderson Chemical Company. He enjoyed traveling, theatering, and “grandchildering”.
