We worship the God of patience and comfort. The Bible is His Word of patience and comfort for us. In times of uncertainty, reading about the heroes of faith patiently enduring challenges gives us comfort and encouragement resulting in hope. Quite a few years passed between when David was anointed and when he actually became king of Israel. His writings and example show him looking to God to fulfil His promises in His good time rather than taking matters into his own hands. His example is instructive for us.

Paul serves as Pastor for the United Church of God congregations in Spokane, Kennewick and Kettle Falls, Washington, and Lewiston, Idaho.    

Paul grew up in the Church of God from a young age. He attended Ambassador College in Big Sandy, Texas from 1991-93. He and his wife, Darla, were married in 1994 and have two children, all residing in Spokane.
