The 10-day period between the Feast of Trumpets (Yom Teruah) and Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) has traditionally been identified as the "Days of Awe." These are days for introspection and repentance. As Christians, we are flawed but have been called to learn to love and to reconcile with others whenever possible. These Days of Awe help to remind us that we need to be in that humble attitude and develop a closer walk with Jesus Christ so that our names may be written in the Book of Life.
