The Value of Integrity

Once a leader starts lying, or failing to do what they know is right, even to make a difficult job easier, or to do a better job for a good cause, that leader loses credibility, not only to others, but to themselves.  Integrity means adherance to a set of values that incorporate honesty and freedom from deception, it means doing the right thing, regardless of circumstances or benefits, even if no one is looking.

Mark Vincen

Mark Vincen is an elder in the UCG - Indianapolis congregation. He was born in Lincoln Park, Michigan (Detroit area). He holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan. He has lived in Noblesville, IN (Indianapolis area) since 1987.  Mark works as video display technology engineer for Delphi Electronics and Safety in Kokomo, Indiana. He has been a member of God's Church since 1981. He is an electronics hobbyist (builds digital clocks with various display technologies), enjoys walking, reading, and science fiction.
