Walk as Children of Light

God has declared that He is Light and His precious words are able open our eyes to His glorious plan of salvation! As we study the scriptures, it guides us in how to be a light to those around us and also prepares us to “shine forth” in the kingdom of God. Are we using the tools given to us so we can become God's “children of light”? 

Doug Wendt

Doug Wendt is a 1977 graduate of Ambassador College with a BS in Physical Education. His career included work as an electrician and General Contractor. Doug was ordained into the ministry in 2013 and  previously served congregations in Orlando, Jacksonville and Ocala, Florida. He now pastors the United Church of God congregations in St Petersburg and Tampa, Florida.
