What was Paul Saying in Galatians? – Part 1 of 3

The book of Galatians can be one of the most difficult for Christians to understand. This letter of Paul has often been used to say that the Sabbath, Holy Days, clean and unclean food laws, and more have been done away with due to the sacrifice of Jesus Christ freeing us from such bondage. In this three-part sermon, we will prove this to be a complete distortion of Paul’s writing. In this first part, we will dive into the events leading up to Paul writing this letter (background to the book of Galatians), including his background/education and his first sermon given to the Galatia region prior to writing the letter recorded in Acts 13 and 14.
