When We Get Sick

Although doctors generally have high IQ's and among man have special training and skills, we will get healing quicker when God is involved in the process. God is our healer, no one else. We have direct access to him. When we get sick or injured we should call on God, do what we should do physically to get aid for ourselves and call an elder of the church for anointing.

Larry Sharp currently is serving in the United Church of God at Riverside, California, as an Elder initially ordained in 1984, and is a member of the General Conference of Elders for the United Church of God. He serves with his wife Vicki of over 50 years of marriage. He is now a retired Microbiologist having worked in the medical field for over 40 years with service in the US Air Force, private hospitals, and the Los Angeles County Medical System.
