In this sermon, we dive into a brief History of the Kingdom, Republic, and Empire of Rome. We look at the rise of a couple prominent figures, and the “gospel” that existed at the time God determined for Jesus Christ to be born. We then compare and contrast the gospel of Augustus with the Gospel of the Kingdom of God! We end by looking at our world today to ask questions about which Gospel are we truly about!
