Who Can This Be? - Even the Wind Obeys

When Christ stops the wind and the waves with His word, the disciples wonder, “Who can this be?” As if to answer their question, he then casts out a legion of demons, heals a long-suffering woman, and raises a little girl from the dead. These acts demonstrate God’s sovereignty over all the powers of heaven and earth. Therefore, do not fear. Trust God. He is in charge.

Andy Diemer is the pastor of the Fort Myers, Florida congregation and the associate pastor serving the congregations in Ft. Lauderdale and Vero Beach, Florida. He served as the pastor of the churches in New England from 2014 to 2021. He was baptized into the Church in 1981 and ordained as an elder in 2011. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Cleveland State University. He had a thirty-year career in manufacturing before being hired by the UCG in 2014.
