When Judas saw the outcome of his choice to betray Jesus; Judas tried to back out of the deal. Judas allowed depression to take root and he took matters in to his own hands. Peter also, in a way, betrayed Jesus when he denied him three times but Peter reacted in a different way when the realization of what he had done hit him; Peter had Godly sorrow for his actions.
