[Steve Myers] The mother of all breaches. That's the name of one of the biggest data leaks in history. Billions of records exposed, personal information stolen. And yep, mine was in it.

You know, when your identity gets hacked, you feel exposed, vulnerable. It can take months and even years to repair the damage. But there's another kind of breach you don't hear about as much—spiritual identity theft.

Satan is described in 2 Corinthians 4:4 as the God of this age. And you know, He is working constantly to blind people from who they really are and who God's calling them to become. Satan wants to breach your spiritual identity.

You want to help understand this and protect your identity? Get our free study guide, Transforming Your Life: The Process of Conversion at ucg.org. It will truly help you because this world is trying to define you—define you by your job, your politics, your past, your feed, but anything but your relationship with God.

That's why Jesus warned in John 10:10, the thief does not come except to steal and to kill and to destroy. Christ said, I have come that they may have life and have it more abundantly.

So how do you protect your spiritual identity?

Well, Ephesians 6 tells us how to start, putting on the whole armor of God. That's truth, righteousness, faith, and especially to anchor your life in the Word of God. That's where you'll find your real identity. So don't let the enemy breach what God has secured. Stand strong. Protect your true identity.
