The Coming Storm

[Steve Myers] Hurricane season is in full swing. It's not a matter of if they'll come, but when and where. Some people will be ready. Many will not.

But let's talk about the spiritual storm hitting this world. You know Jesus warned about it. Matthew 24:21, He said there would be a time of trouble worse than anything the world has ever seen.

Honestly, aren't we seeing the signs of it already? What's going on with Ukraine and Russia? How about Israel and Gaza, Iran? Natural disasters happening around us, global instability, confusion, social unrest.

Like a hurricane, this world's spinning out of control. And most are totally unprepared.

So what can you do? You can get ready, just like you would for a real storm, but not with plywood and bottled water, but with faith, prayer, and a real connection to God.

Luke 21: 36 says, watch therefore and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things. You see, you can understand more about what's coming and how to prepare.
