[Darris McNeely] We're very close to the Feast of Tabernacles. It'll be starting in a few days, and here on the Beyond Today set we're going to be taking two weeks off while all of us go to the various locations to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. We have with us today, Steve and I, our friend Jelly who helps us with our church education efforts here in the Beyond Today set. Jelly, we're about to take off for the Feast of Tabernacles. You understand what that is?

[Jelly] I love the Feast of Nabertacles…

[Darris McNeely] Well, everyone who keeps the Feast of Tabernacles really does understand, and they really do love them.

[Steve Myers] Yeah, Jelly, in fact, did you know that everyone is going to keep the Feast at one time down the line in the future? The Bible even says that in Zechariah chapter 14. It says, "It shall come to pass that everyone who's left," everybody at the time that Christ returns it says, "Shall go up from year to year, worship the Lord, and keep the Feast of Tabernacles" (Zechariah 14:16). Can you imagine?

[Jelly] That's so exciting!

[Steve Myers] It'll be fantastic when everybody keeps the Feast.

[Darris McNeely] Now the Feast of Tabernacles, Jelly, is when everyone gets to come before God, understand who He is and what His great plan of salvation is all about. And it's also a time for families to be together and to enjoy some extra special nice things during the year. So we all look forward to our Feast. We hope you do as well. We'll see you in a couple of weeks back here on the Beyond Today set.

Darris McNeely

Darris McNeely works at the United Church of God home office in Cincinnati, Ohio. He and his wife, Debbie, have served in the ministry for more than 43 years. They have two sons, who are both married, and four grandchildren. Darris is the Associate Media Producer for the Church. He also is a resident faculty member at the Ambassador Bible Center teaching Acts, Fundamentals of Belief and World News and Prophecy. He enjoys hunting, travel and reading and spending time with his grandchildren.

Steve Myers

Steve is the Operation Manager for Ministerial and Member Services of the United Church of God. He is also an instructor at Ambassador Bible College and served as a host on the Beyond Today television program.  Together, he and his wife, Kathe, have served God and His people for over 30 years.
