[Darris McNeely] God reveals in His Word that He directs nations and events to fulfill His eternal purpose—uniting all things in Christ. Recent world events underscore this truth.

America’s bombing of Iran’s nuclear facilities is one of the most significant military operations since D-Day. B1 bombers flew from the U.S., struck fortified Iranian sites, and returned without loss—a display of unmatched global power. This strike pushed back a looming threat to Israel and the West, reminding us of the ongoing spiritual battle rooted in Iran’s long-standing calls for “death to America” and the destruction of Israel.

Iran’s ambitions, backed by theological belief in a global Islamic revolution, align with a growing axis of Russia and China—nations vying to displace American leadership. Russia’s war in Ukraine tests NATO’s resolve. China, meanwhile, watches closely, calculating its moment to challenge America’s dominance in the Pacific.

But history and Bible prophecy, point to a coming European rise. The rearmament of Europe—spurred by war—foreshadows Revelation’s “beast power,” a global system the world will admire and fear.

In Daniel’s visions, we see the pattern: world empires defy God and target His people. Antiochus Epiphanes desecrated the temple, prefiguring end-time attacks on God’s covenant and people. Today, hatred of Israel and America echoes that same spiritual hostility.

Israel and America, despite their flaws, stand as modern symbols of God’s enduring promise. Their role in prophecy should not be dismissed as mere politics. These nations reflect a deeper truth: God is guiding history, and what we witness is part of His plan.
