Rejoice in Every Day

How do you approach each day? A verse in the Psalms reminds us to be positive.

[Steve Myers] Sometimes it's tough to be excited about every day. It's like, "Oh, not another day." But should we have that perspective? 

There's a beautiful passage in Psalm 118. In Psalm 118:24, it says this, "This is the day the Lord has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it."

Sometimes it's tough to feel that way. It's a new day, but listen, I'm going to change my attitude. I'm gonna have this perspective that this is a great day. God made this day. In fact, when you read through Psalm 118, it kind of gives a bigger perspective on the day, because it's a prophetic area of Scripture that talks about Jesus Christ. And it points forward to the time that Christ will come that most people reject Christ and yet, we've been called. We understand the truth. And because of that, whatever this day brings, it can be a great day when we have the big picture. 

So grab on to that big picture. Make it a great day because this is the day God made so let's rejoice in it.
