Mark Welch

Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Theology major, from Ambassador College, Pasadena, CA in 1978.  He married Barbara Lemke in October of 1978 and they have two grown children, Jaime and Matthew.  Mark was ordained in 1985 and hired into the full-time ministry in 1989.  Mark served as Operation Manager for Ministerial and Member Services from August 2018-December 2022.  Mark is currently the pastor of Cincinnati East AM and PM, and Cincinnati North congregations.  Mark is also the coordinator for United’s Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Services and his wife, Barbara, assists him and is an interpreter for the Deaf.  

Marcus Lucas

Marcus has lived in Florida, Texas, Georgia, and Ohio. He married Lindsay Jennings in 2008 and they now have two children. Marcus is a pastor serving the Rome, GA; Gadsden, AL; and Chattanooga, TN congregations of the United Church of God.
