The seafront villa includes four air-conditioned rooms, a sala (large living room) and a dining area and kitchen.

Note: Extra bed in both VSU Hostel and VSU Apartelle costs P150/night. Extra person is allowed in all accommodation types of VSU Hostel at P60/person/night. An additional fee of P200/unit will be charged for the use of electric appliances such as flat iron, rice cooker, water heater, etc. at the VSU Apartelle room accommodations.
