- A 2-night minimum is required for all reservations. Reservations will not be accepted that do not meet the minimum night requirement.
- A security deposit of $250.00 is required per reservation. Deposit will be released at check-out if there are no incidentals or damages to rooms or property.
- Guests may cancel up to fourteen (30) days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of their deposit. Reservations cancelled less than fourteen (30) days from the day of arrival; no shows and early departures will not receive any refunds.
- There is no guarantee of accommodations floor plan, views, bed size, and/or decor. Client and agent understand this upon booking the reservation. Guests will be placed as close together as possible.
- One night plus tax is due to reserve a room. The remaining balance will be due at check-in (with the exception of some SVC resorts, which require full pre-payment at the time of booking).
- Guests are responsible for all incidental charges prior to departure.
- You must be 21 or older to check-in.
