2025 Feast of Tabernacles: Cincinnati, Ohio
In Cincinnati, over 200 brethren celebrated the Feast of Tabernacles and Eighth Day.
Over 200 brethren filled the Queen City this year, celebrating the Feast of Tabernacles in Cincinnati with faith, fellowship and plenty of smiles along the way! The inspiring messages focused on being a light unto the world and looking forward to the Millennium, setting the tone for the festival’s future hope and spiritual growth.
The Holiday Inn Eastgate served as our host once more this year, providing the convenience of holding services in the same location where many members were staying. After the first day’s services, brethren enjoyed a buffet dinner in the adjoining room, fostering fellowship and warm conversation.
Youth and family enjoyed an exciting outing at Scene75, one of the largest indoor entertainment centers in the country. They raced go-karts, battled in laser tag and bumper cars, and played on a 3D black-light miniature golf course. With over 100,000 square feet of attractions, Scene75 offered thrilling fun and opportunities to bond.
The senior luncheon added a festive touch with this year’s “Hawaiian Millennium” theme. Held on Friday, Oct.10, seniors brought a splash of island color wearing Hawaiian shirts and leis, enjoying fellowship, food and fun.
Family day featured snacks and games in the Holiday Inn’s meal room. Attendees played dominoes, Euchre, Mario Kart and other games, creating lasting memories for families and friends.
Many brethren also explored Cincinnati and its surroundings, sharing rides to the Ark Encounter, the Creation Museum, downtown Cincinnati, the aquarium and the Cincinnati Zoo. The city’s vibrant foodie scene offered local favorites from craft bakeries to eclectic eateries, while Cincinnati’s more than 50 breweries provided plenty of options for sampling local brews.
Following site tradition, the Eighth Day was welcomed with a group hymn sing and dessert social. Brethren also shared one last group meal between morning and afternoon services, concluding the Feast with joyful fellowship and unity.
True to Cincinnati flavor, some attendees admitted the city’s famous hills made walking off the extra cheese from Skyline Chili a bit of a workout, but the “Queen City” charm—its historic landmarks, scenic river views, lively neighborhoods and brewery-filled streets—added local character and plenty of smiles throughout the Feast.
