2025 Feast of Tabernacles: Cocagne, New Brunswick, Canada

1 minute read time

Cocagne, New Brunswick was a satellite Feast site this year, with a beautiful ocean view and encouraging messages.

The Feast of Tabernacles was hosted at The Cottage, a five-bedroom Airbnb with an ocean view and incredible sunsets in the area of Shediac about half an hour from Moncton in New-Brunswick.

Services were also at The Cottage. We hosted services for brethren in the area and from other provinces. We had brethren from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Ontario. The most attended day was 26 people for this satellite site. We shared a community meal each day.

The brethren were fed with uplifting, stimulating and encouraging messages with five speakers including two elders for sermonettes and sermons every day. We also had an instructive Bible study.

We had special music on seven of the eight Feast days. Three ladies performed special music six times. For the Sabbath, we listened a to beautiful flute solo. On the Eighth Day, we had an offertory music and another special music.

Brethren appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the shared meals. Some commented that it was awesome to meet all the brethren who we had only seen on Zoom. Not only did we share meals, but we had a Bible study, a game night, a movie night and a music night. It was an awesome Feast!
