2025 Feast of Tabernacles: Douala, Cameroon

We celebrated the Feast in Douala, in a calm atmosphere despite a very tense political climate due to the presidential election. Our largest attendance was 28 people. We were able to hear a message every day and hold a special event for the children. Every night during and after the presidential election, there was a curfew from 6 p.m. until morning.

In addition, in the city of Douala, a new alert was issued concerning a new variant of COVID, but the health authorities did not warn us in time, and one of our members got the virus, which then infected about half of the participants at the Feast.

We thank God for this difficult time, because we were still able to enjoy the Feast despite these circumstances.
