Surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains, 600 brothers and sisters came together to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles and the Eighth Day.

What a Feast it was! Surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains, 600 brothers and sisters came together to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles and the Eighth Day. As attendees arrived, they were greeted by blue skies, rolling mountains, and the excitement of God’s people gathering in unity.

Throughout the week, we were uplifted by inspiring messages, beautiful music and heartfelt fellowship. Everywhere you turned, there was laughter, encouragement and the joy that comes from being together in God’s presence.

So many members pitched in to serve this year—proof that many hands truly make light work! From setup to songleading to children’s classes, everyone played a part in creating something special. Service is part of the fun at God’s Festivals, and it’s how we reflect the loving example of Jesus Christ, serving others with joy and purpose.

The week had something for everyone! Our adult and children’s choirs filled the stage with song, while families and friends explored the mountain trails and waterfalls of the national park—some even spotted a few of the area’s famous bears! Teens and young adults enjoyed their own activities, our seniors shared a lovely luncheon, and those with energy to spare danced the night away. Add to that Bible studies, a family day Bible talk, and practical spiritual lessons throughout the week—and you’ve got a Feast to remember.

It’s hard to sum up such an experience in words, but one thing’s for sure: this year’s Feast was truly amazing—filled with joy, unity and the presence of God among His people!
