God has given us 'free will' and as baptized members God is looking for us to develop and achieve Godly Character by exercising and controlling our free will. This cannot be regulated by the church, but is the individual Christians responsibility to develop. The church is to inform and teach God's laws and statues, but no matter what it is our individual job to keep our relationship with God no matter the trails we face in the time that God has given us.
