Are Sacrifices Required of New Testament Christians?

Jesus Christ came to Earth as the Lamb of God, enabling reconciliation between God and repentant sinners. New Testament Christians do not slay animals or sprinkle blood. But does that mean that they do not need to offer sacrifices at all?
