Are We Peacemakers?

Do we find ourselves living in perfect harmony? Christ told us that those who bring offense to another would pay a penalty. On the other hand, he also taught that those who became peacemakers would be called the Sons of God. Jesus Christ taught that we should forgive one who offends us 70x7 or infinitely. In order to be a true peacemaker, we must have a humble spirit, be willing to overlook offenses pointed in our direction, and be willing to help others who are going through the same situation.

Gary and Nancy Weckerly live in Canton Michigan and serve in the Detroit and Ann Arbor Congregations. Gary and Nancy were married in 1968 and began attending in 1973. Gary was ordained a local Elder in 1993 and he continues to work full time in Industrial Sales.
