It’s no accident that God created and instilled in the first human beings the occupational capabilities of being tillers of the ground and herders of the flock. Each one of us needs to examine ourselves to see which category we are best suited for in order to better do the job that God has prepared us for, through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Howard has served the brethren since 1978. He and Dawn will be married 36 years this Feast, and have raised five children. He was ordained a deacon in 2017, and speaks at 3 congregations across 2 states: Knoxville, TN; London, KY; and Lexington KY.  Passions include--writing, sustainable living/homesteading--and family.
