The Beatitudes are beautiful attitudes to be in. They involve attitude and character--and action. God's festivals reveal His plan of salvation, and the Beatitudes reveal the basic principles for being fit for the Kingdom of God. The Beatitudes of Matthew 5 match up in an interesting way with God's Festivals.
