What does it take to go from slavery to freedom? God delivered ancient
Israel from Egypt by a series of ten plagues plus other miracles, but
did that make them a nation? I make the argument that it took more to
give birth to the nation of Israel - it took the Ten Commandments and
laws and statutes as well. I also examine parallels with the birth of
the church in the New Testament because both of these births took place
