We are called to represent God’s name in all that we do with our lives. Not taking God’s name in vain encompasses more than just our speech. It encompasses all our actions, everything we say or do, and even what we think. When we live a life that honors God, we will want to bless His name with great thanks for who God is, what He has done and what He will yet do.

Andy Diemer is the pastor of the Fort Myers, Florida congregation and the associate pastor serving the congregations in Ft. Lauderdale and Vero Beach, Florida. He served as the pastor of the churches in New England from 2014 to 2021. He was baptized into the Church in 1981 and ordained as an elder in 2011. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Cleveland State University. He had a thirty-year career in manufacturing before being hired by the UCG in 2014.
