Love others from your heart (John 13:34-35, Matthew 5:43-48, 1 Corinthians 13:4-8). Learn by doing, and ask God to show you His ways (Psalms 25:4, Isaiah 55:8, James 1:22). Help others (Philippians 2:1-5, Romans 15:1-2). Do no compare yourself (Galatians 6:1-4). Endure and strive with drive (Galatians 6:9). Be thankful (Colossians 3:14-15, 1 Thessalonians 5:18). Always choose to do the right (Hebrews 5:14, John 10:10).
Fred Crow is an elder with United Church of God; pastor of the Eureka and San Jose, California congregations. Fred retired from the aerospace industry in 2015. He has two daughters and eight grandchildren. He wrote a newspaper column, was a published cartoonist, taught scuba diving, and is a writer, photographer, and traveler.
