Is there a legitimate excuse for a Christian to stay at home and not attend church services with brethren? David Horvath goes over most of the excuses used by individuals and perhaps a few you haven't heard. He shows from scripture how, in every case, they are just that—only excuses—and can ultimately keep individuals out of God's Kingdom.

David is originally from the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree from Ambassador College in 1989. After living five years in the Birmingham, Alabama area, he and his family moved to the Nashville area in 1995 where he and his wife Regina, also an Ambassador College graduate, run a custom home design-build business. David enjoys trail bike riding, weight training, and being a spectator at his three daughters’ volleyball games and track and field meets.
