Circumcision of the heart is loving the Lord our God. This spiritual Circumcision has no race barriers compared to physical circumcision which was based on the first covenant. This is one difference between the old and new covenant.

Howard Marchbanks, now a Elder, started attending in the church in 1984 and later that year was baptized with his wife Tina. He graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Howard and his wife Tina serve in the OC.CA church.
