Each of God's Holy Days are a step in His plan of redemption for all mankind. In the Day of Atonement, we see wonderful themes of humility, reconciliation, and reliance on God. When we consider this day in history and future events, we see that the Day of Atonement pictures a time of captivity and liberty.
