Of the many stories in the Bible, which one is your favorite? That's a hard question to answer. There are many, and they apply to various situations we can encounter in life, and can give guidance on how to make wise decisions that result in personal blessings rather than curses. It's as if God is with us as we read, telling us which way to react to the situations we encounter. This message covers several scriptures that explain why God placed in His word so many stories that pique our interest, illuminate life and enhance our personal Bible study to make this book live in our lives.

Fred Crow is an elder with United Church of God; pastor of the Eureka and San Jose, California congregations. Fred retired from the aerospace industry in 2015. He has two daughters and eight grandchildren. He wrote a newspaper column, was a published cartoonist, taught scuba diving, and is a writer, photographer, and traveler.
