Exercising "Breathless Gratitude"

Philippians 4:4-8 speaks of rejoicing even in times of trial. V. 8 encourages us to meditate (think in able to thank!) on that which is "praise-worthy" to enable a peace that surpasses all understanding (better than the facts on the ground). The apostle Paul displays how to couple praise with prayer in "real time" under pressure to ultimately become overwhelmed with God's grace and presence rather than our current circumstances.
