God's Calling, Part 1

In this sermon which is the first of a two part sermon, Mr. Smith begins by contrasting what we teach about what takes place after death with the doctrines of the mainstream churches. most churches believe Christians go to heaven at death, but the Bible says no man has gone to heaven except Jesus. When we look at the subject of religion around the world we see that many teach that there are many roads that lead to heaven. But Jesus taught that we must be called by God. When you consider this it is clear that most who have ever lived have died without ever even hearing about the true God. To begin to understand what the Bible really teaches on this Mr. Smith spends the last part of the sermon in Romans 10 and 11 looking at what Paul says about the children of Israel most of whom were not called in there lifetime.
