The Ten Commandments carry a poor reputation in today’s culture, often because it denies personal freedom as the arguments are commonly framed. The Ten Commandments are mostly stated in the negative: “Thou shalt not…” The commandments, however, are actually positive. We look at them one by one in their positive light.
