In I Cor. 11:24 - 29, Paul instructs the brethren that they should focus on the body of Jesus Christ. This is to help us to discern the actual body of Jesus in coming to understand what He has done for us.  Also, we are to learn of the severity of Jesus Christ's suffering which He was willing to undergo.  His suffering is relevant to us as we approach the Passover.
