How well are we preparing for the Sabbath? God's special day, which comes around every 7th day of the week, like clockwork. Do we have a weekly game plan so we can be ready for God's Sabbath? As each Sabbath ends, are we already looking ahead and anticipating the next Sabbath? If we prepare for the Sabbath properly the first 6 days of the week, that will give us the opportunity to then use the weekly Sabbath to prepare for our future Sabbath rest in the KOG.

Jim Moody

Jim serves as an elder in the Big Sandy (East Texas), Texarkana, TX, and Ruston, LA congregations. He and his wife Laurel also enjoy traveling and visiting other UCG congregations. He attended Ambassador College in Big Sandy, Texas from 1990 – 1994 and currently works in the IT department of a local hospital. He enjoys watching and playing sports, and loves working with children.  He and Laurel direct UCG preteen Camp Gilmont.
