True repentance is a complete turning to God and recognizing His priority and importance in our lives. Trust in God and his forgiveness. Satan wants us to focus on the “if onlys” and “what ifs” of the past. We have a choice in how we process our thoughts. Are we stuck dwelling in the past or are we looking ahead, focused on what we can change and God’s Kingdom?
Joe Greene

Joe has been a member of God’s Church since 1984.  He and his wife Brenda have spent their careers working with persons with disabilities of all ages.  Joe holds a Masters Degree in Education. Together, Joe and Brenda have been able to serve God’s people in Illinois, Wisconsin and now in Virginia.  Joe was ordained a local elder in April of 2011 and was hired by the United Church of God in 2023 to pastor the Richmond and Roanoke congregations in Virginia, along with serving as the Human Resource Manager for the Church.
