God worked with the nation of Israel. His stated purpose was that they should obey His voice, be an example to other nations, and receive a reward. God is calling people today. Again, as with Israel, one of the responsibilities of the called is to be a light to the world. Join us as we look into the scriptures to learn what God expects and how he instructs us in this important task.

David has been a math teacher for 30 years in Arizona and New Mexico. He and Laura have been married 33 years, and have two adult sons and one daughter-in-law. David was ordained into the ministry in 2011. He currently serves as the pastor for the Albuquerque, NM, congregation of the United Church of God.
