With so much going on in the world around us, it is very easy for our thoughts to be negative and for our light to shine less brightly. In the sermon, we will talk about strategies that are in the Bible that help us stay positive while the world around us becomes even more out of control.

Matthew McDonald is an elder with the United Church of God serving in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He has been part of the Church of God community his entire life. Matthew and his wife Betsy currently reside in McKinney and were married in 1995. They have two children, Avery and Joah.
