The prophets searched diligently to understand the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow. The apostles preached "the gospel, ... that Christ died for our sins ... that He was buried ... and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures." In this message we will read the inspired narrative of these events, picking up the story from just before the burial of our Lord. Using a “Harmony of the Gospels," we’ll be combining details from each of the four Scriptural accounts. To keep the story flow intact, the reading is without reference to each of the chapters and verses.
