We receive the Holy Spirit at the start of our spiritual journey toward the Kingdom of God. The church in the wilderness did not have that spirit.

Howard Marchbanks, now a Elder, started attending in the church in 1984 and later that year was baptized with his wife Tina. He graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Howard and his wife Tina serve in the OC.CA church.
