Just as the physical temple was not built by might or power but by God's Spirit, so God's spiritual temple, the people of God, will be built, not by our own ability, but by God's Holy Spirit in us to accomplish the things that God wants us to accomplish.  This earth is physical and temporary, but the New Jerusalem to come will not be physical, but spiritual, and will have no end.
