God’s covenant with His people is an absolute commitment reinforced by many promises. Some of God’s promises are conditional meaning He will fulfill them if we do our part. God promises to lead us if we trust in Him. God promises to be with us, help us and give us strength when our hope rests with Him. God provides protection and deliverance to those who serve Him in righteousness. If we take delight in God and trust in His grace He will complete the work He has started in us. Regardless of circumstance, God will work out everything for good for those whom God has called and who love Him. God has promised the blessing of being part of the first resurrection and the bride of Christ to those who are called and rely on His mercy. However, God’s love for us is unconditional.
