 Our Declaration of Independence was written by a Pennsylvanian, William Penn. Another document, the Charter of Priveleges, also came out of Pennsylvania. Both documents spoke of personal liberty, and both have proven to be flawed. God has a plan for our liberty which is perfect. Let's look at how our loving Father planned for liberty for all of us.
