God desires all of His children to become like Him and His Son Jesus Christ. There are many characteristics that are involved in this miracle. One that is imperative is to see as God sees in every aspect of life. Especially in our relationships within the Church. It is absolutely necessary. To do this we must have something removed from our eyes.... the plank that is the old man.
