The Power of Moral Authority

Our calling is an exercise in moral courage. What we are developing now, in this lifetime, is moral authority. Moral authority is the authority we have when people perceive that there is alignment between what we say and what we do. Those who abide, endure to the end, and qualify to rule with Christ will rule with the power of moral authority. The authority that comes from living the life we have been called to in spite of the pressures to do otherwise. Nothing persuades or encourages like the power of a good example.
