Would it be possible to accept JESUS at one level, yet not accept HIM entirely? Well sadly not only is that a possibility, JESUS explains in the end it will be a reality! Matt 7.22”…Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’” There is a growing trend given 21st century postmodern religious pluralism to accept JESUS CHRIST as a prophet of GOD, even a worker of miracles, a standard of Goodness and Righteousness, a teacher sent by GOD, but to fall well short of knowing and accepting HIM as GOD! This Part 2 sermon continues laying the scriptural foundation for the recognition, understanding, and complete acceptance of the “Preeminence of JESUS CHRIST” based first and foremost on the knowledge that JESUS CHRIST was and is in fact GOD!
